DESCRIPTION:Come experience the fun of bocce at this two-day event that highlights the social nature of the game. You don’t need to be a bocce ace to participate – beginners welcome! This event is designed for all experience levels. \nThe Day 1 format will be “The Wave” – a mixer that randomly assigns players to teams in a series of matches\, with the winning sides advancing until four players remain as our winners. DESCRIPTION:Neighborhood captains will deliver empty bags and a shopping list to Ibis residences to fill with non-perishable items. The Club at Ibis community is the Food Bank’s largest country club contributor. \nVolunteers will pick up bagged donations from the end of driveways on Sunday\, Jan. 26 from 1–4 p.m. or donations can be dropped off at the Cart Barn any time before Saturday\, Jan. 25. \nMonetary donations are also appreciated as they allow the Food Bank to fill in any gaps on their shelves that donated items do not fill. Donate via Zelle with Zelle ID is: ibis@ibischaritiesfoundation.org; just tag it “Food Drive”. Checks can be made out to Ibis Charities and Food Drive written in the memo line. Please include your Ibis address if your check does not have it printed or it has an alternate address.
