In the News: Van donation to Trustbridge Hospice featured on WPBF

We were delighted see Deborah Johnson, President and CEO of Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, was recently invited to talk about their work and Ibis Charities Foundation’s donation of a new utility van to support their resale shop operations on WPBF Channel 25.

With three shops in Palm Beach County supporting their operations, Trustbridge struggled to pick up and deliver donations with their large box truck. Thanks to the generous support of The Club at Ibis members and residents, Ibis Charities Foundation was able to provide an impact grant for the purchase of a new van that will make things easier – not only expanding where this van can drive and deliver, but also reducing the requirement of a CDL license and two people traveling per trip.

Trustbridge Hospice has been serving the community for over four decades providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families. Trustbridge accepts donations of gently used clothing, household items, and furniture for their Hospice Resale shops in Juno Beach, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton. Donations can be made at each store or schedule a free pick up of large items today. Learn more about donating on their website.
